Contacts applications

Scan2Contacts and Scan2CRM are smart applications that scan business cards, extract their textual data and export the information directly into a new contact record in Outlook or your choice of CRM software.

Within seconds of placing a card into the scanner, the information is pulled off the card using OCR - Optical Character Recognition technology, and automatically the text fields of a new contact record (name, title, phone number, etc.) are populated, while also capturing an image file of the card.
